Also, the plant will be shipped in its pot, not bare rooted*** SHIPPING All 4” plants are sent using USPS First Class Mail for a delivery time of 1-3 days. All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

This is my second purchase from C.T. and I’m so happy. The plant was well packaged and in good condition. The plant traveled from California to NYC during a snow storm with very little distress. It’s been almost two weeks and she seems happy. I already have a list for my next order.

Soil Free Phenomenology –
I was glad to receive this plant, and the price was reasonable. The soil was really soggy, though, and the roots were rotting. I clipped the dead roots and put it in LECA so I can check it easily. Fingers crossed.
