Also, the plant will be shipped in its pot, not bare rooted*** SHIPPING All 4” plants are sent using USPS First Class Mail for a delivery time of 1-3 days. All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

Overall, the plant is healthy and it arrived packaged very well. My plant was not as full as I expected given the size of the pot, and definitely not the same as the example picture or what other reviewers shared. I guess I was not as lucky! There was some damage to the leaves that looked like it had a bug problem previously but it wasn’t recent and not due to shipping. I kept it out of the house for the week before bringing it in, and there doesn’t appear to be any pests.
